Chia seeds are one of the best ingredients you can put into a
home-made energy bar.
Those tiny seeds are veritable powerhouses of nutrients that you would need
in an energy bar: high in protein, fibre, omega-3,
anti-oxidants, and minerals.
There are dozens of websites that feature 'home-made energy bars': Just google for them!
And don't forget trusty old YouTube!
Here's my favorite recipe from RawDawg Rory. He doesn't
feature chia seeds
in his video but to his recipe I add half a cup of chia
