I actually do something very similar to your personal routine!, I soak organic rolled oats overnight, with some whole grain barley + small amount wholewheat flour (for the phytase breakdown of the unstabilised oats), next morning I strain and rinse this, chop in half an apple, whole banana, parmalat full cream organic milk, either chopped apricots or sultanas with cinnamon and honey to finish. Oh also I grind around a tablespoon or whole organic flax seed. Now I have chia to add! I tried, after emailing you earlier, soaking a small quantity in a glass of water. It turned out ok! Looked really cool the ‘glow’ around the seeds JIstrained these, what liquid would strain, and then poured/scraped the gel out, mixing thru the cereal. Looked unattractive, but knowing it’s great far outweighs that problem + no taste as such. I’ll be now soaking overnight to activate the enzymes more fully.

I even tried using the chia seeds for baking muffins (replacing half the amount of butter with chia gel) and they came out wonderful! Just to let you know that at my yoga lesson this morning, I sang the praises of your Chia Seeds. I don’t necessarily want to become an “in between man” but two ladies begged me to purchase some seeds on their behalf as they are not internet savvy. So in the next ten mins, I will be placing another order for 2x “1kg” packs of black seeds. If my previous order of 1kg pack for myself has not yet been despatched, then maybe you would prefer to send the three packs together?

I had difficulty finding an online store that actually had them in stock this time, so I was relieved to find yours. Two stores I've bought from previously were out of stock, and I can't live without my chia seeds now, which I add to my porridge (before cooking) every morning. Love the creaminess of the porridge combined with slight crunchiness of the chia seeds (after 10 minutes in the microwave).

I received the parcel Friday, in excellent condition; have been enjoying using it mostly in my porridge each morning. Tonight it will be in my pumpkin soup and tomorrow`s breakfast, in my scrambled eggs! Does heating the seed in m/ waved foods destroy any of its nutritional value?
I added it at the table also tonight in fried chicken, “chicken tonight sauce “as well as pumpkin soup. Wouldn`t even have known it was in there. Looking forward to adding it to my banana sandwiches!

Hi Nen, I received my Chai seeds yesterday Friday 4th June. They arrived in good condition. Thank you for your prompt service. I messaged you previously to tell you that my Chia seeds arrived safely, but I forgot to mention the following to you. You marked my address on the plastic packaging bag with a texta pen. I have found in the past with other deliveries in plastic packaging that texta printing is not permanent, and is easily erased through handling.

Although my address was not totally obliterated on your packaging, there were enough letters missing or smudged in my address to cause concern. The postman probably used local knowledge to deliver the package, but I thought you should know that you could run into problems in the future using the same marking process. The wet weather we are currently having would not help in that respect either.
