Because of natural highs
and lows of supply and demand, we may experience delivery delays from time to time. During
delays, we will always keep you informed and provide refunds whenever
necessary.
1. DELIVERY BY POSTIE OR COURIER.
Because these are parcels containing some value, you or someone else need to be at your
address to accept them. If you will be at work, you can specify your work
address for delivery instead of your home address under "Special Instructions To
Seller".
2. DAYTIME PHONE
NUMBER. ALWAYS please put your daytime phone number in
"Special Instructions To Seller" so if you're not home,
the courier can contact you for an alternative time of delivery. THIS IS VERY
IMPORTANT.
3. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IF NO ONE HOME. Because of the sizes of these items,
they cannot be left inside your letter box if you're not around. And because of previous
cases of "disappearing parcels", they cannot also be left at your front porch unless you give
your authority. If you want the courier to leave the parcel at your front porch, please also
say so in "Special Instructions To Seller."
4. WHERE ARE WE BASED? We are based in Brisbane QLD. Please
estimate delivery times to your address with this in mind. For Brisbane Delivery, postage costs
are discounted slightly. Delivery times to Western Australia and other places in
5. BAG WEIGHTS. Australia Post has become very strict in
the use of their Pre-Paid Satchels. When we go over the maximum limits of their bags
(500-kg; 3-kg; and 5-kg) we are slapped with very high additional
charges. To prevent this from happening, we have
lessened the quantity of seeds from each bag by one percent (1%). This means that from 1 kg, we
have lessened the quantity by 10 grams (approximately 1 heaping tablespoon). This will leave us
a small allowance for the weight of the wrapping material and the AustPost
Parcel Satchel.
6. OLD PAYPAL ADDRESSES. Please double-check the delivery address in your
paypal account, in your order email or mail. If we deliver to the wrong address due to an error
in your payment notice, Auspost or courier services charges us a fee for re-delivery.
Should this happen, we will have to hold your seeds until you send us this extra
payment.
7. WHEN DO WE POST YOUR SEEDS? We generally post your
order 1-2 days after we receive notice of your cleared payment. As much as possible, we also send you emails to inform you
of the status of your order.
